• Always dry clean for the first wash. For subsequent washes, if dry cleaning is not possible, gently hand wash in cold water with soapnut or silk-suitable detergent or baby shampoo.
• Always air dry the saree in partial shade. Never wring the sari or use it in the washing machine or dryer. Never rub the sari vigorously.
• Do not store saree without dry cleaning.
• Expose the fabrics periodically to natural atmosphere.
• Use silica gel sachet or moisture absorbents in your cupboard which you use for storing fabrics.
• Iron in low heat only.

🔸 Note: Mild colour bleeding in the first few washes is normal for all sarees.

Our courier partners deliver Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays. Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions or transportation strikes. All orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Every order is securely packed in tamper-proof packaging. If you find the package tampered with, please refuse delivery and inform us immediately at siapremiumfabric@gmail.com. Once a tampered package is accepted, it will be considered as received in good condition.

Once dispatched, you will receive an email or WhatsApp message with tracking details so you can monitor your shipment’s progress.

For orders containing multiple items that need to be shipped to different addresses, please place separate orders for each address.

Product Return & Exchange Policy
Returns or exchanges are strictly eligible only under the following conditions

• Damaged product, or
• Wrong item received
  ❗ No other reasons will be considered for return or exchange.

Reporting Timeline (Mandatory) 

• Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
• Communication must be sent only via email to: siapremiumfabric@gmail.com
• Requests received after 24 hours of delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Unboxing Video Requirement

• An uncut parcel opening video is mandatory for all return or exchange requests.
• Requests without an unboxing video will not be approved.

Replacement / Store Credit 

• If the reported issue is found eligible and the product is available in stock, we will ship a fresh replacement.
• If the product is sold out at the time of reporting, a store credit will be issued instead.
• Refunds to original payment methods are not provided.

Reverse Shipping Policy

• Reverse pickup service is not available.
• Customers must ship the product back to the “From Address” mentioned on the parcel.
• To be eligible for shipping cost reimbursement, customers must use the cheapest available shipping service and share the receipt.
• Shipping reimbursement will be processed only after verification.

Important Conditions

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
• Products returned without approval, used, or washed will not be accepted.
• Returns without the mandatory unboxing video will be rejected.

Sale Items – No Return / No Exchange
Products purchased during sales, discounts, offers, or special promotions are non-refundable and non-exchangeable under any circumstances.
